Overview

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading a team to achieve sales and operational objectives while delivering exceptional customer service in a banking environment.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales and operational management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Notary License preferred.
  • Must maintain active registration status with NMLS upon hire.
