• HighLevel is looking for a passionate SDET3 for its full-time remote engineering team in India.
• Responsible for ensuring new releases meet strict standards of quality & consistency.
• Own and evolve the test automation platform.
• Design and maintain robust automation frameworks across UI, API, and backend layers.
• Conduct performance, load, and scalability testing for key features and services.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and DevOps.
• Research and implement emerging technologies to advance test automation capabilities.
• Maintain clear documentation and onboarding materials for test frameworks.
• Drive adoption of automation best practices and coding standards.
• Improve test reliability and flakiness detection.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software testing or automation for web applications.
• Proven expertise in designing test automation frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and integration testing.
• Familiarity with test reporting dashboards and metrics tracking.
• Strong ability to diagnose failures in distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ownership-driven and curious about platform scalability.
