Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI, chatbots, and SaaS technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
• Deep empathy for users and passion for user experiences.
• Business acumen for aligning product decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
