Overview

As an Associate Producer (World/Art), your responsibility is to oversee the development of the different Maps, guiding multidisciplinary teams to bring your assigned portion to life from start to end.

• Partner with the core team to understand the overall game vision and requirements.
• Establish the scope of different biomes (Maps) and create long-term roadmaps.

• Sync with producers and production managers on progress and budgets.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in production or project management in the video game industry.
• Experience shipping AAA titles.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Jira.
• Flexibility to adapt to various situations.
• Familiarity with different project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.
• Passion for gaming and appreciation for game development.
