SEC Reporting Analyst - Remote

Overview

High Roller Technologies is looking for an SEC Reporting Analyst to support public company financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and technical accounting.

In Short

• Prepare and support SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy, Section 16)
• Assist with financial statements, disclosures, MD&A, and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls
• Conduct technical accounting research and prepare related memos
• Support audits and coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and internal teams
• Maintain and improve financial reporting and disclosure
• Monitor SEC and regulatory updates

Requirements

• Be based in US preferably in Texas.
• Have bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Have 2–5+ years of relevant experience
• Have public accounting experience is preferred
• Have SEC reporting experience for a U.S.-listed public company
• Have strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting
• Have strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
