Corporate IT Engineer - Remote

Overview

HHAeXchange is seeking an entry-level Corporate IT Engineer to support internal IT systems and collaborate with the Information Security team to maintain security and compliance standards.

In Short

• Administer and support internal IT systems including cloud services.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding procedures.
• Support internal security standards in collaboration with the Infosec team.
• Assist with IT projects like cloud migrations.
• Provide technical support to end users and management.
• Travel up to 10% for work-related purposes.
• Requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 2-5 years of relevant IT engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Windows Server administration.

Requirements

• Experience with endpoint management tools.
• Jira Administration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of networking basics.
