Influencer Marketing Coordinator - Remote

In Short

• Develop data-driven strategies for expanding our influencer channel with a focus on growth, conversion, and measurable results.
• Identify, engage, and develop relevant creator partnerships with a performance focus and long-term potential.
• Manage collaborations along the funnel: from seeding to performance deals and targeted retargeting in collaboration with our paid team.
• Analyze creator performance with tools like Storyclash, develop A/B tests, optimize campaigns, and manage KPIs such as CAC, ROAS & CTR.
• Develop your own hypotheses, recognize patterns, and aim to build your own team in the future.
• Work closely with colleagues from Brand, Performance, and Operations, aligning data-driven and human-driven perspectives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, particularly with a focus on data-driven management and acquisition.
• Bring structure, ownership, and sales drive – eager to take responsibility and move things forward.
• Experience in a scaling D2C brand or a performance-oriented influencer environment (especially Instagram; additional channels like YouTube, TikTok, Podcasts are a plus).
• Familiarity with KPIs: ROAS, CPM, CAC, and CTR as essential tools for management.
• Strong communicator, confident negotiator, empathetic – able to initiate, maintain, and develop creator partnerships.
• Strategic thinker who recognizes patterns and develops hypotheses, while also enjoying operational implementation.
