In Short

• Support the Influencer Marketing team in sourcing new influencer leads
• Prepare partnership materials and streamline campaign execution
• Research and identify potential influencers on social platforms
• Help compile and send brand briefs and contracts to influencers
• Create and assign custom tracking links and discount codes
• Provide general administrative support to Influencer Managers
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and details are organized
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Be a self-starter eager to learn and grow
• Familiarity with influencer discovery platforms is a bonus

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
• Strong research and organizational skills
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and Google Workspace
• Able to follow established processes
• High attention to detail
• Self-starter eager to learn
• Bonus: Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools
