Requirements

• Experience in business administration and logistics.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Confident navigating software systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management and task prioritization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 22 kg.
