Overview

This role involves leading strategic financial planning and operations within a growing multi-entity organization, partnering with the CFO and executive team to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong FP&A background in multi-entity environments.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise.
• MBA preferred; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience in scaling companies.
• Proficient in ERP systems like ERPNext, QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong presentation skills for executive leadership.
• Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
