  • Oversee social across all platforms for Her Campus, College Fashionista, and Spoon University.
  • Set social vision, strategy, processes, and best practices with the social team.
  • Drive growth and engagement across platforms, hitting goals and KPIs.
  • Spearhead strategy, development, budgeting, and recruitment for emerging platforms.
  • Analyze social data and optimize strategy based on results.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support initiatives on social.
  • Ownership of email strategy and marketing for newsletters.
  • Prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in work.
  • Stay updated on social trends and Gen Z culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years experience in social media, preferably at a Gen Z/women’s digital media brand.
  • 3+ years management experience.
  • Highly adept across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest.
  • Experience in building social accounts from scratch.
  • Demonstrated history of hitting growth goals.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
