We are currently looking for a motivated individual to support our Core Team in organizational and communication activities while growing their skills in practice. In Short

• Co-create and implement external brand communication on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Design simple visual materials in line with Helprise’s visual identity (e.g., using Canva)
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in employer branding and communications
• Support the organization of external events and Helprise’s presence at industry fairs
• Help maintain consistency and accuracy across internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters)
• Ensure brand communication consistency across all internal and external channels
• Manage brand assets (logos, graphic materials, templates)
• Co-organize internal events that foster company culture and employer branding
• Support onboarding and ongoing internal communication efforts

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Experience with social media management
• Basic design skills, preferably with Canva
• Ability to monitor market trends
• Event planning experience is a plus
