In Short

  • The Technical Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing cross-team and cross-department activities.
  • This person will be well versed in the processes and procedures used to manage technical projects and release product.
  • This role is expected to work closely with the teams on schedules and deliverables involved while ensuring adherence to our design controls process.
  • This role may also involve helping to coordinate release activities.
  • Lead detailed planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects.
  • Communicate on behalf of engineering leads and other project team members when required.
  • Coach scrum teams and peers on scrum best practices.
  • Recognize and coordinate dependencies of multiple cross-functional projects.
  • Establish, maintain, and communicate plans for associated multiple cross-functional projects.
  • Hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards and goals, resolve performance issues, and keep teams engaged and on task.

Requirements

  • A university degree with strong preference towards a software engineering background.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with strong preference towards experience in a software and medical industry.
  • Understanding of and experience with Agile development at scale.
  • Experience with regulated SaaS products and/or software-as-a-medical-device (SAMD) preferred.
  • Experience working with JIRA preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills including ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • A problem solver who seeks out solutions instead of waiting for solutions.

Benefits

  • A reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $120,000-$176,301, cash bonus, and stock options.
