• Coordinate and confirm caregiver schedules across Orange County.
• Maintain accurate schedules using scheduling software.
• Verify caregiver and client attendance and resolve issues.
• Develop supportive relationships with caregivers and clients.
• Document communications and incidents in the care system.
• Communicate schedule changes clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Care Management team for compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Support daily staffing operations and team culture.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling/staffing for homecare.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Proficiency in scheduling and CRM software systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and empathetic communication.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to helping seniors and vulnerable individuals.
