Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner license.
  • NP program must be completed in the United States.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Active Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
  • Adolescent behavioral health or psychiatric experience preferred.
  • Collaborative approach to interdisciplinary care.
