• Full-time, hybrid position in Buffalo, New York.
• Work 2 days in the field and 2 days remotely.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical experience in complex care.
• Completed an accredited NP program with certification.
• Active licensure in New York or ability to obtain it.
• Comfort with basic procedural skills.
• Reliable access to personal transportation.
• Must be fully vaccinated for safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Innovative and creative leadership qualities.
• Proven experience with successful behavior modification.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territory.
