In Short

  • Outreach to research sites to ensure understanding of expectations.
  • Be the primary contact for site staff, managing communications.
  • Help sites use HealthMatch effectively and onboard them to the platform.
  • Collect feedback from sites to improve product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries for easy management.
  • Drive HealthMatch platform adoption among clinical trial sites.
  • Manage priorities dynamically to maximize ROI for the company.
  • Craft trial site engagement playbook based on feedback.
  • Support sites with their questions and challenges.
  • Engage in innovation to refine best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
  • Comfortable with cold calling.
  • Performance-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials is a plus.
  • Proactive in gathering and sharing feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills.
