1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. In Short

• Own end-to-end creative operations and production.
• Build, pitch, and manage creative and production budgets.
• Lead and manage company-wide brand projects.
• Maintain ongoing production for print and photoshoots.
• Collaborate with marketing on creative resources.
• Source and manage vendor relationships.
• Streamline freelancer sourcing and management.
• Organize and manage asset library and delivery system.
• Intake, triage, and prioritize projects within Asana.
• Drive creative meetings and cross-functional reviews.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of Creative Operations experience.
• Detail-oriented with complex process management skills.
• Experience in high growth technology environments.
• Ability to thrive in unknown challenges.
• Motivated to make an impact on mental healthcare.
