Product Manager – Pharma Solutions - Remote

Overview

The Product Manager – Pharma Solutions will be a key part of the Strategic Product Leadership team and build upon momentum in a high growth business at Dermsquared to create enduring value with our pharma partners and help an engaged Dermsquared community of Healthcare professionals elevate patient care.

In Short

• Lead the Pharma Solutions product portfolio with P&L accountability.
• Ensure executional excellence with existing products.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and deploy solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge about the healthcare industry landscape.
• Integrate data enrichment into go-to-market plans.
• Shape a new growth strategy for the business.
• Support growth for base products like Expert Consensus Roundtables.
• Lead development and commercialization of new products.
• Work closely with the Dermsquared Solutions team.
• Engage with over 300 dermatology HCP key opinion leaders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership essentials.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or strategic selling in healthcare.
• Prior experience in healthcare/pharma/agency market research.
• Experience in a growing startup is a plus.
• Travel – estimated less than 20%.
