Overview

CMEsquared is seeking a CME Project Manager to assist in the management of activity timelines, supporters, and grant requirements, under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer.

• Manage activity timelines and supporter relationships.
• Coordinate with various departments to fulfill CME activity requirements.
• Adapt program budgets into required templates.
• Collaborate with CME accrediting bodies.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with grant requirements.
• Maintain communication with supporters on activity updates.
• Assist in grant reconciliation processes.
• Support VP of educational development in funder-related tasks.
• Identify and collaborate with regional societies.

Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution.
• 1+ years of experience in continuing medical education.
• Familiarity with CME/CE standards and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
