Overview

The Sales Specialist is the Clinical & Technical Sales expert for Service Sales and Accessories, responsible for establishing and developing strong relationships with decision makers in assigned accounts while providing ongoing support.

In Short

  • Grow Service Contract, non-Contract, Spare Parts and Accessories revenue.
  • Achieve Quarterly & Annual Operating Plan goals.
  • Manage customer inquiries related to Service Contracts and technical training.
  • Develop strong relationships with clinical and technical decision makers.
  • Provide clinical and technical expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct product evaluations and manage customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales team to create product configurations.
  • Deliver post sales clinical training and maintain training records.
  • Identify and manage strategic customer relationships.
  • Work as part of a remote team to drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in EBME, Medical Engineering, or a related clinical field.
  • Strong product demonstration skills in a complex sales environment.
  • Proven customer relationship building skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and communicate effective sales solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teaching, and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other IT tools.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a remote team.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of core sales skills and business acumen in healthcare.
