Pediatric Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Overview

As a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist, you will provide quality mental health care to students within partner school districts, working to increase equitable access to healthcare.

• Full-time W2 position with summers off.
• Work remotely from anywhere in the USA.
• Provide virtual mental health counseling to K-12 students.
• Conduct initial assessments and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care management teams.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to guidelines.
• Participate in training and team activities.
• Must be licensed in CO and the state of residence.
• 1 year experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Requirements

• Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Experience with school-aged children.
• Strong technological skills for digital documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Passion for improving children's mental health.
• Organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Available for 10-month employment.
