Pediatric Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing virtual mental health care to K-12 students, working with a team to enhance access to healthcare services.

In Short

• Full-time W2 position with summers off.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 12p - 8p EST.
• Provide virtual mental health counseling to students.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care management teams.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to guidelines.
• Participate in training and team activities.
• Must be licensed in OH and the state of residence.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Therapist without restrictions.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting.
• Ability to obtain a criminal background check.
• Knowledge of mental health diagnosis and treatment strategies.
• Willingness to gain licensure in other states.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong technological skills for digital documentation.
• Effective communication with diverse backgrounds.
• Available for 10-month employment.
