Pediatric Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Overview

The Pediatric Mental Health Therapist will provide quality mental health care to students within partner school districts, working remotely and making a positive impact in the lives of youth.

In Short

• Full-time W2 position with two months off in the summer.
• Work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
• Provide virtual mental health counseling to K-12 students.
• Collaborate with school personnel and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical team activities and trainings.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to guidelines.
• Must be licensed in KY and the state of residence.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desired.

Requirements

• Licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting.
• Strong technological skills for digital documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Willingness to gain licensure in other states.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
• Passion for improving mental health access for children.
• Experience with diverse populations.
• Willingness to participate in Hazel's credentialing process.
