Overview

We are seeking a future leader with a sharp analytical mind and strong business acumen to join as an early member of the Strategic Finance team. You will combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to dive deep into complex financial and operational matters and be instrumental in shaping Hayden’s long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategic finance or corporate finance.
• Experience in investment banking or consulting is preferred.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
