Director of Field Marketing - EMEA - Remote

Overview

HashiCorp is seeking a dynamic Director of Field Marketing for EMEA to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As the marketing leader for the EMEA region, you will partner closely with regional sales leadership to develop and execute integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with business objectives.

In Short

• Serve as the primary field marketing leader for HashiCorp in EMEA, owning the regional marketing plan and results.
• Partner closely with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing initiatives for both decision makers and practitioners with regional pipeline and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute integrated field marketing programs, including regional events, workshops, webinars, content syndication, and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Localize and adapt global campaigns for EMEA markets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs against KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and other teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop a high performing team of local field marketers.
• Act as a strong brand ambassador for HashiCorp in EMEA.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in field marketing or related roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience partnering with enterprise sales organizations.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape.
• Strong experience in planning and executing events and digital marketing tactics.
• Highly data-driven with strong skills in marketing metrics and ROI analysis.
• Ability to manage budgets and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in English required.
• Willingness to travel within the region and to the United States.
