Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to provide full litigation support to two Tort Attorneys in a dynamic and rewarding paperless environment.

In Short

  • Provide full litigation support to Tort Attorneys.
  • Prepare correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
  • Process e-filings and order medical records.
  • Maintain attorney calendars and schedule depositions.
  • Manage electronic documents in various formats.
  • Assist in trial preparation and overall office support.
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a law office.
  • Insurance defense and personal injury experience required.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills needed.
  • This is a 100% remote work opportunity.

Requirements

  • 7 years’ experience as an assistant in a law office.
  • Background in insurance defense and personal injury.
  • Trial support experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Professionalism in communication with clients and peers.
  • Ability to work with confidential information securely.
  • Attention to detail and demonstrated efficiency.
  • Proven team player.
