Territory Manager - Remote

Overview

Harper Group is seeking an experienced, self-starting, motivated Territory Manager to provide retail field customer service to our retail clients in Western Connecticut & Central New York.

In Short

• Servicing and growing sales within an existing account base.
• Working in the field calling on existing accounts and prospecting for new business.
• Taking orders and merchandising for assigned retailer accounts.
• Making face to face sales and closing deals.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with retail accounts.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintaining accurate records using CRM software.
• Acquiring product knowledge through training and analysis.
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Excellent face to face selling and closing skills.
• Demonstrated sales accomplishments.
• Proven sales record in the top 20%.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A track record of success in building new business relationships.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
