The Director - Revenue & Marketing Delivery is a senior, hands-on delivery leader responsible for driving high-impact commercial initiatives within Hard Rock Digital, focused on online gaming and entertainment.

  • Significant experience in revenue or operations functions in the gaming or online entertainment sectors.
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proactive and comfortable in ambiguity.
  • Flexible vacation allowance and hybrid/remote working environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience progressing from Business Analyst to senior leadership roles.
  • Experience within revenue or operations functions in gaming or online entertainment.
  • Exposure to commercial levers such as acquisition, retention, and CRM.
  • Ability to drive complex, commercially impactful initiatives.
  • Strong commercial judgement and confidence to challenge constructively.
