Requirements

  • 7-10 years of leadership experience in health & wellness, e-commerce, or FMCG.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales growth.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in media buying and performance marketing.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
