Overview

As an Engineering Manager II for the Employer Revenue team at Handshake, you will lead and empower a talented group of engineers to build and scale products that drive revenue growth for our employer partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management experience in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with scalable web applications.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue-generating products.
• Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Business teams.
• Strong technical acumen; bonus for Ruby on Rails, React experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, or HR tech is a plus.
