Overview

The Strategic Marketing Operations Manager is a key individual contributor, reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing & Community. This role plays an important part in scaling the Marketing & Community organization in this next phase of growth.

• Lead complex Marketing & Community projects.
• Ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in marketing operations.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Must be based remotely in the United States.
