Staff Product Designer, Pentest as a Service - Remote

Overview

HackerOne is seeking an experienced product designer to join our growing digital-first team. You will be working on advancing our offensive security testing offerings, applying GenAI via LLM as part of our Pentest as a Service and AI Red Teaming product lines.

In Short

• Design product experiences that our customers and hackers love.
• Own the entire design process from start to implementation.
• Conduct user research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Present work and reasoning at weekly design critiques.
• Champion the Design Language System for consistency.
• Communicate design rationale and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Pivot between high-level product decisions and low-level implications.
• Maintain organized and collaborative Figma files.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX and product design experience.
• Experience leading design projects with AI technologies.
• Conducting user interviews and usability tests.
• Strong understanding of UX and product interaction problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Values feedback and open communication.
