Program Analyst for Navy Pay Operations - Remote

Overview

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a Program Analyst to work with a team on the Navy’s Pay Operations project, supporting the transition to a new PeopleSoft Global Payroll System.

In Short

• Work under general supervision on advisory and operations activities.
• Perform operational research related to pay and payroll operations.
• Review Navy Personnel and Pay requirements to develop test scenarios.
• Execute test cases and report progress and issues.
• Draft communication documents including reports and presentations.
• Conduct data calls and manage inputs for information requests.
• Develop business process narratives and workflows.
• Support issue management and action item tracking.
• Use Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
• Facilitate meetings and interviews using MS Teams or Zoom.

Requirements

• Minimum SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as business or engineering.
• 10 years of experience for Level I or 7 years for Level II in relevant areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail and quality control in work products.
• Experience in drafting and updating documents and templates.
