The Game Providers Team Lead will oversee a cross-functional team responsible for managing game portfolios, optimizing performance, and ensuring high player engagement through strategic initiatives.

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Game Managers in the Retention Department.
• Manage game portfolio strategy across platforms.

• Coordinate promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns with providers.
• Monitor compliance and technical stability across all integrated games.
• Ensure high player engagement through smart lobby curation and data insights.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, and BI teams to align game offerings with business goals.
