Overview

The Shift Leader is responsible for effectively leading the team during specific periods of trade and motivating and engaging the team on shift, by championing our food safety and food quality standards.

In Short

• Lead the team during busy service periods.
• Motivate and engage team members on shift.
• Champion food safety and quality standards.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a busy environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete or willing to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Complete or willing to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
• Work night shifts as required.
• Participate in crew team building activities.
• Enjoy cultural celebrations such as Day of the Dead and Cinco de Mayo.
