Overview

As a Staff Product Designer focusing on multi-product onboarding & activation, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and personalizing the onboarding journey for our diverse customer base.

• Design a personalized onboarding experience tailored to customer needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack design.
• Proven experience designing onboarding experiences for B2B or SaaS products.
• Expertise in mapping and simplifying complex workflows.
• Deep understanding of B2B customer personas.
• Proficiency in content design for user success.
• Ability to leverage research and analytics for optimizing user journeys.
• Familiarity with service design principles.
• Experience with design systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Track record of mentoring and coaching other designers.
