Overview

As a Principal Product Designer for Growth Monetization on the Expansion team, you will lead design efforts that drive revenue growth and product adoption across Gusto’s ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack product design.
• Proven track record in designing monetization flows for B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of growth principles and customer decision-making.
• Experience in multi-product ecosystems.
• Ability to lead complex projects.
• Expertise in A/B testing and behavioral analytics.
• Proficiency in content design.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working with Revenue, Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Track record of mentoring other designers.
