Principal Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to elevate our design strategy and user experience polish. Our Product Designers are strategic, so we look for people who can go from discovery to release.

In Short

• Discover and make the case for solving unmet needs and user experience issues across the platform
• Execute the entire design process including forming goals, user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
• Align leadership and teams on the problems and solutions. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to breakdown milestones and get them on roadmap
• Deeply collaborate with other designers on the team, raising the quality bar
• Refine our design systems and processes

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer
• Experience simplifying complex, technical, or data-heavy B2B products
• High bar for shipping functional and polished customer experience
• Ability to drive product & design strategy
• Effective communication of design decisions
