GuideWell is seeking a strategic and customer-centric Senior Moments that Matter Product Management Leader of the development and growth of our experience improvement portfolio. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies that drive customer engagement, and business value for the Moments that Matter most to our customers.

• Develop and maintain understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management or customer experience management experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of driving change and delivering value.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred.
