Purchasing Specialist - Remote

Overview

Purchasing Specialists at GuidePoint Security LLC are responsible for processing all customer orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy, processing all internal procurement, and communicating with internal and external customers to ensure timely delivery.

In Short

• Ensures timely processing of customer orders meeting service-level agreement standards
• Issues accurate purchase orders to vendors
• Tracks all product related line items for proof of delivery
• Reconciles vendor invoicing discrepancies
• Works closely with sales groups to ensure transactional contracts are complete
• Communicates effectively and professionally with partners
• Handles other duties as assigned

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years' purchasing experience, or relevant roles
• Attention to detail is a must
• Analytical and critical thinker
• Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently
• Self-management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible work schedule is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
