Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d) who can analyze needs, negotiate terms, manage supplier relationships, and optimize purchasing strategies in a company from the electronics sector.

In Short

• Coordinate and track orders, ensuring timely delivery
• Maintain and manage product and supplier data in relevant systems
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments regarding order status
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct needs analysis
• Review and process invoices, reconciling with orders in SAP
• Create purchasing reports and cost analyses to optimize procurement processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally in international trade
• Professional experience in purchasing or a similar position
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, MW)
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Chinese language skills are a plus, but not required
