In Short

• Responsible for processing all customer orders
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of orders
• Processes all internal procurement
• Communicates with internal and external customers
• Issues accurate purchase orders to vendors
• Tracks product related line items
• Reconciles vendor invoicing discrepancies
• Works closely with sales groups
• Communicates effectively with partners
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years' purchasing experience
• Attention to detail is a must
• Analytical and critical thinker
• Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently
• Self-management and adaptability
• Flexible work schedule required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
