In Short

• Creating employment contracts, references, and all documents from employee entry to exit
• Conducting general HR discussions
• Managing company pension schemes
• Processing travel expenses
• Preparing payroll
• Assisting in organizing and planning company events
• Managing HR administration tasks and organizing sick leaves/vacations/applications/trainings, etc.
• Supporting general office activities, such as procurement of office supplies and furniture
• Creating evaluations and reports

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Practical experience as an HR manager and in back office management
• Empathy and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and persuasive demeanor
• Accuracy, structure, and conscientiousness
• Enjoyment in networking and social contacts
• Good self-organization and personal responsibility
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
