In Short

  • Proactively network, cold call, and sell to multiple contacts within an organization.
  • Manage and develop relationships with customers.
  • Deliver a consultative sales approach.
  • Focus on growing existing accounts and adding new mid-market accounts.
  • Participate in industry organizations such as ISSA, ISACA, OWASP.
  • Manage leads and opportunities through Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Effectively leverage supporting resources in the sales process.
  • Present sales presentations to large groups and executive clients.
  • Set proper expectations and maintain open communication with clients.
  • Participate in field marketing to generate interest.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Strong relationships with key accounts in the territory.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Strong group presentation skills.
  • Verifiable history of exceeding sales goals.
  • Demonstrated ability of lead generation.
  • Experience selling professional services is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Network security vendor related certifications preferred.
