In Short

• Provide high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues.
• Facilitate 1:1 and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest research in behavioral therapy.
• Work flexible hours, primarily in the evenings.
• Obtain cross-licensure in additional states as required.

Requirements

• Must be independently licensed as a therapist in Massachusetts (LICSW, LCMHC).
• Minimum 3 years of post-independent licensure experience preferred.
• Experience in IOP/PHP settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to work part-time (minimum 24 hours per week).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing group therapy.
• Willingness to follow a preset curriculum in a virtual environment.
• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid Massachusetts independent licensure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
