Overview

The Remote Bilingual (Korean/English) QI Data Coordinator will work in a fully remote environment, engaging with teams and patients to improve healthcare quality through data collection and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Korean and English.
• Associate degree or greater in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• 2 years’ experience in Medicare Advantage Quality data abstraction.
• Tech savvy with health data and EMR systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
