Network Engineer (NOC) - Remote

Overview

The NOC Engineer will support critical infrastructure and connectivity operations across the hospitality and property technology domain, ensuring maximum service availability and network performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a NOC or network support role.
• Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring systems.
• Proficient in ticketing systems, preferably ConnectWise.
• Confident in remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English for communication with clients.
• SLA-driven mindset and effective prioritization skills.
• Strong documentation habits.
