Cash Flow and Asset Optimization Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Cash Flow and Asset Optimization Specialist will lead and coordinate the sale of non-productive assets while identifying new financial opportunities aligned with business strategy to maximize cash flow and facilitate additional investments or debt payments as necessary.

In Short

• Identify opportunities for selling non-productive assets to enhance cash flow.
• Coordinate the sale and recovery of cash from transactions.
• Provide necessary information for financial analyses related to Sale and leaseback.
• Conduct profitability analysis to assess business opportunities.
• Maintain contact with real estate brokers for ongoing operations.
• Meet with financial managers and country directors to define sales objectives.
• Consolidate information for results presentation and monthly closing.
• Prepare monthly status reports on non-productive sales and CAPEX cash flow management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience as a Financial Specialist, Head of Accounting, Cash Flow Specialist, or similar roles.
• English: Bilingual/B2 - C1 level.
• Advanced Excel skills.
