In Short

  • Gather, understand, and integrate healthcare data from multiple sources.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
  • Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to support value-based care initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to track performance metrics.
  • Support quality improvement and population health efforts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and build models/reports.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Assist in building automated reporting tools and real-time dashboards.
  • Support the development of predictive models and risk stratification tools.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment focused on healthcare innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data, Public Health, Health Informatics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare data analyst role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, Snowflake is a plus.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
  • Understanding of healthcare quality metrics and value-based care models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
